Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary osteoarthritis of knee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of: Any congenital musculoskeletal anomaly Any coexisting neurological disorder Any cardiovascular/systematic disorder refraining the individual from participating into exercise program History of any fractures or soft tissue injuries in spine or lower quarters History of more than one fall in past 12 months

MeasureTime frame
Pain measurement with NPRS, Physical function measurement using Gujarati version of Modified WOMAC, fall risk using Timed Up and Go test and quality of life using SF 12 or WHO QOLBREF.Timepoint: At the time of enrolment in study and after six weeks of intervention
