Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of Pootikarana Age above 12 years irrespective of sex, caste and religion etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital deformity Malignancy presenting as pootikarana Established diabetes mellitus,hypertention Diseases other than ear pathology like: CSF ottorrhoea Parotid abscess rupturing in EAC TMJ abscess rupture in EAC Pregnant patients Patients not willing to be registered for the trial.
