Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female Nursing students who are studying in Manipal College of Nursing, Manipal. 2. Who are willing to participate in the study. 3. Female students whose menstrual cycle is regular. 4. Hemoglobin level within the range of 9 to 11.9gm%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who are taking iron /calcium supplement. 2. Those who are on medical treatment. 3. Those who suffering from systemic illness. 4. Those who have hemoglobin less than9g%. 5. Those who have intolerance/GI symptoms to Ragi porridge.
