Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age group of 10 to 20 years 2 Both genders are considered 3 Subjects should be beginner level badminton players. 4 Only healthy subjects are included. 5 Subjects who are willing to participate in the study and are ready to do the training for four days for four continuous weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects with health disorder which restricts them from doing exercise are excluded. 2 Subjects with any bone or joint abnormality like fracture, dislocation etc. 3 Subjects with breathlessness 4 Subjects with musculoskeletal disorder, neurological disorder, cardio respiratory, cardiovascular and mental disorders are excluded

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Dynamic Hand Held Dynamometer will be used for measuring the grip strength. 2.One Repetition Maximum will be used to measure the muscle power of the shoulder 3.90 degree push up test will be used to measure the endurance of the upper limb. Timepoint: The Outcome will be measured at Baseline and 4 weeks.
