Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the cases related to low back ache , leg pain and any kind of sensation in lower limbs, age ranging between 30 to 70 years irrespective of gender will be considered for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from life threatening diseases and those who need emergency medical interventions . 2. Patients with any severe concomitant illness like hemiplegia , paraplegia or kidney failure who may not be able to come for regular follow ups, will not be considered. 3. Any patients with gross neurological defects. 4. Any patients with unbearable pain.

Improvement in the pain scale before and after the study . Improvement in the range of movement ( ROM) , straight leg test ( SLR) .Timepoint: 2 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in the comorbid conditions present in the patient.Timepoint: Changes in comorbid conditions seen after the completion of study
