Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having low back pain, stiffness at lumbar region. 2. Age group between 18-70years. 3. Patient of either sex will be included. 4. Patient with lumbar spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, PID with symptoms of Katigraha will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having pathological and traumatic injury to lumbar region. 2. Patient with uncontrolled DM.

1. To assess the effect of Rakatmokshana by shringavacharana in katigraha with special reference to Para spinal muscle spasm in terms of Pain, Stiffness and Range of motion. 2. To Assess and compare the effect of Raktamokshana by shringavacharana in katigraha i.e. Para spinal muscle spasm with Tab- Thiocolchicoside 4mg 1 BD In terms of spasm and Range Of Motion.Timepoint: baseline 2 visits on 1st and 7th day.
