Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment. Healthy periodontal conditions. Mixed diet (restriction of curd for 21 days) Healthy patients Brushing twice with fluoridated toothpaste.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under any systemic antibiotics in the month before the study. History of gastrointestinal disease. Patient with active carious lesions. Patient under topical fluoride treatment. No chewing gum and mouth wash used in the last week or during the study. Lactose intolerance patient.
