Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pateints are included based on the clinical presentation of corn on palms and soles,patient who show up thickened hard dense knot on the surface of palm and sole with excruciating pain on pressure are all included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.sample below 20 years and above 70 years of age of will not be included. 2.patients with severe complications like bursitis, arthritis, septic arthritis, septicemia due to mal treatment, immunocompromised patient will be excluded 3.Ptient with severe cardiac illness, severe respiratory illness and renal complication will be excluded.

outcome assessment-thru questionnaire,symptoms evaluated- using pain scale.1.No pain-marked improvement2.mild pain-moderateimprovement.3.severe pain mild improvement 4-severe pain-no improvement/no response seen after treatment.5.Worse-ggravation of subjective and objective symptoms.Timepoint: 1st follow up- 2-3 days once. acutely complicated- 15 days once.further depends on case- every two week once,then every 4week.
