Intervention1: test group T-scan assisted coronoplasty: a device JOINT VIBRATORY ANALYSIS (JVA) is placed on the patients TMJ and asked to open and close the mouth the movements of joint are recorded

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with pipers stage I, II, IIIa cases with MPDS with mal-occlusion patients with > 30mm of mouth opening

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with pipers stage IIIb, IV, V patients with >30mm of mouth opening
