Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Onset within 1 week of covid 19 2)new onset or worsening respiratory symptoms 3)hypoxia ( Spo2 4)Diagnosed covid with RTPCR nasal / nasopharyngeal / oropharyngeal swab
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease Malignancy Diabetes cvs , respiratory and liver diseases Obesity Uncooperative / drowsy patients Ophthalmic diseases â?? glaucoma Cervical spondylosis / unstable spine Abdominal pathologies including pregnancy
