Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1 Biopsy confirmed Diagnosed cases of carcinoma at any stage 2 Have taken at least three cycle of Chemotherapy without Rasayana therapy and willing to take further cycles with Rasayana therapy or 3 Patients have completed chemotherapy earlier and now willing to take chemotherapy and Rasayana therapy simultaneously 4 Patient who are Advised to take same chemotherapy along with Rasayana 5 Patients with intact cognitive functions who can recollect the intensity of adverse events or earlier chemotherapy 6 Patients who have planned to Take CT cycle at least 15 days after initiation of Rasayana therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1.Patients taking radiotherapy 2. Patients taking another alternative therapy

MeasureTime frame
Primary To evaluate the effects of Rasayana therapy on Adverse effects of Chemotherapy Secondary To evaluate the tumour response in cancer patients who have received Chemotherapy along with Rasayana therapy To evaluate quality of life and physical performance status with combination therapy Timepoint: Assessment will be done before every chemotherapy cycle administartion with CSAS-Chemotherapy symptom assessment scale at baseline and at 15 days.

Secondary To evaluate the tumour response in cancer patients who have received Chemotherapy along with Rasayana therapy To evaluate quality of life and physical performance status with combination therapy Timepoint: Tumor response will be evaluated after completion of chemotherapy Protocol at 3 months,6 months with the help of PET-CT scan/ MRI /CT scan Quality of life and PS will be assessed at before every chemotherapy cycle with the help of FACT G and ECOG -at baseline ,at 15 days, at 21 days
