Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade II. Body Mass Index between 18.5 and 24. Elective caesarean section under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardio-respiratory disease Patients with hepatic & renal disease Patients with neurologic disorder Patients with endocrine disorder Subarachnoid block failure Conversion to general anesthesia Patients with psychiatric problem Any contraindication for spinal anesthesia Drug allergy to study drugs

| Intravenous Palonosetron is as equipotent as intravenous dexamethasone with ondansetron as antiemetic when used before spinal anesthesia in caesarean section.Timepoint: Baseline i.e. before spinal anaesthesia. To compare the effects on patientâ??s comfortability and surgeonâ??s satisfaction after administration of the drug.
