Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient of both the sexes of age group 18 years to 60 years. 2) Subjects or a legally authorized representative must provide written informed consent. 3) Patient with clinical features of Traumatic Wounds e.g. Incised Wound / Contused Lacerated Wound. 4) Minor surgical wounds e.g. excision of sebaceous cyst, lipoma, ganglion etc. over any part of the body excluding joints.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Vrana (wound) that last more than 6 hours. 2) Subjects with a history of HIV or any other systemic infections. 3) Vrana (wound) very near to vital organs, e.g. eye etc. and near to joints. 4) Subjects who require other emergency operations (major surgical procedure). 5) Subjects with Known cases of Diabetes. 6) The Vrana (wound) contraindicated for suturing as per Sushruta â?? Sutrasthan â?? 25/7.

| Guduchi Taana (Tinospora Cordifolia Tendrils) as indigenous non- absorbable suture material will be more effective compared to the conventional non- absorbable suture material (Ethilon) in Twak Seevana Karma in terms of wound healing and by reducing risk of surgical site infection (SSI).Timepoint: Twak Seevana Karma (Skin Suturing) will be done on 1st day. Patient will be asses on 3rd -7th -10th-14th -18th -21th day. There are 3 weeks for assessment of each patient. Outcome will be assessed on following points â??
