Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 18 years with no age-related pulp changes Patients having teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis needing a primary endodontic procedure Patients available for a 24-hour recall appointment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Re-root canal treatment Tooth with necrosed pulp Tooth with endo-perio lesions Patients with age-related pulp changes Patients who have taken analgesics in the last 24 hours before the visit

Comparing and evaluating the efficiency of achieving better depth of anaesthesia between diode laser and Er:Cr: YSGG in cases of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis.Timepoint: 5 minutes after administration of inferior alveolar nerve block. 24-hour recall appointment

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The electric pulp test score and the visual analog scale score, before and after the intervention will be documented along with the analgesic intake 24 hours after the procedure.Timepoint: 5 minutes after administration of inferior alveolar nerve block. 24-hour recall appointment
