Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled for upper extremity orthopedic surgery : proximal humerus 2.ASA I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known neuropathy Pregnancy Chronic analgesic intake Altered coagulation parameters Refusal Inability to communicate
