Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed case of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) with Apnea-Hypopnea Index >5/hour, age group between 18 to 65 years, both sexes, Body Mass Index >25 would be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous surgery or medical management for OSA, history of previous neck surgeries, pre-existing long-standing sequelae of diabetes, liver, cardiac, thyroid, neuromuscular disorders, other causes for excessive sleepiness, pregnant women would be excluded.
