Interventions

Intervention1: single vs multiple visit: one group of patient will be treated in single visit and other will be treated in multiple visit then both group will be compared.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There should be radiographic evidence of periapical pathology without the bony expansion. All teeth should have non-vital pulps without the sinus tract.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who will not meet inclusion requirements Patients who will not provide authorization for participation. Patients who will be pregnant and lactating. Patients who will be medically compromised
