Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged �18 years 2. HbA1c � 8%. 3. Patients or care givers using smart phone. 4. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria include pregnancy, uncontrolled high blood pressure (�180/110 mmHg), hearing impairment, vision impairment, 2. Those who do not have access to smart phone/or means to undertake web based classes 3. Those who will not be able to read (poor literacy/vision) or listen due to hearing impairment 4. Those who have advance stage complications of major organs which will interfere to adherence to the program, or the A1C will not be reliable, or needs specific advice regarding diet and exercise.
