Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the cases related to pain in joints , stiffness and tenderness in the joint will be considered for an age group between 40 to 60 years irrespective of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pateints suffering from life threatening diseases and those who need emergency medical interventions. 2. Cases of any advance osteoarthritis and surgery required cases will be excluded.
