Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age greater than 18 yrs 2 All GI cancer patients with history of >5% weight loss in over 6 months 3 Patients who has moderate to severe anorexia Anorexia 4 Performance status â??less than or equal to 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who are on other conventional medicines to treat anorexia and cachexia like megestrol acetate, corticosteroids, delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), antiemetic etc. 2 Patient who is taking other nutritional supplements 3 Life expectancy
