Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Young adults in the age of 18-29. 2) Participants with Obesity class I, II and III. 3) Participants able to walk for 6 minutes independently. 4) Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants diagnosed with any lung disease. 2) Participants with issues related to cognition and balance impairment. 3) Participants having any other co-morbidity other than obesity.
