Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Random Serum cortisol level -Patients with serum cortisol level <18mcg/dL sampled 30-60 min after stimulation with 250 mcg co-syntropin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients not consenting for the study are excluded - Patients who are on steroid therapy currently and upto 1 month before the presentation -People who are on drugs that suppress adrenocortical function

Associations and correlations between various clinical and metabolic variables of Adrenal insufficiency.Timepoint: Will be assessed at the end of the study.—

MeasureTime frame
To assess the average duration of steroid therapy in patients with steroid withdrawal.Timepoint: Will be assessed at the end of the study.—
