Inclusion criteria: PERSON WITH TYPE2 DIABETES LIVING IN PUDUCHERRY DISTRICTWITH DIABETIC CLINIC ENROLLMENT OF NOT LESS THAN 12MONTHS WHO READS AND UNDERSTANDS TAMIL LANGUAGE
