Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing coronary angiography with a hospital stay of 24-48 hours post dye injection 2.Patients with Sr. Creatinine increase of 0.5mg/dl or 25% relative increase compared to baseline.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not consenting for study are excluded 2.Patients with missing baseline creatinine and post dye injection creatinine 3.Patients who are known case of CKD 5D 4.Patients who are known case of autoimmune disease 5.Patients on cardiogenic shock, cardiopulmonary resuscitation due to cardiopulmonary arrest. 6.Patients with sepsis proven by blood culture positivity
