Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: premolars requiring post and core restoration following endodontic treatment tooth having minimum 1.5-2mm ferrule circumferentially tooth having adjacent and opposing teeth or prosthesis patient willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled systemic disease (uncontrolled diabetes, hypertention, hyperthyroidism etc) tooth with a periapical radiolucency other than slight widening of PDL space periodontally compromised tooth having mobility more than 1mm parafunctional habits like bruxism patient unwilling to sign informed consent
