Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intramural neonates with birth weight 1.5 kg along with their apparently healthy mothers and grandmothers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neonates who are acutely ill 2. Mothers or grandmothers who are acutely ill
