Intervention1: Prehabilitation Exercise Programme: Prehabilitation Exercise Programme includes General Aerobic exercises , Chest physiotherapy ( breathing exercises ) and other exercises as indicated.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants of either gender scheduled for elective open abdominal surgery. 2.Age group: adults 18+ and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing high-risk / emergency / laparoscopic abdominal surgeries 2.Any Musculoskeletal or neurological condition that will impair the patient ability to participate
