Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age- 16 to 70 years 2. SpO2 less than 85 % or having continues O2 supply greater than 8 lit/min 3. HRCT score >= 10 or above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects having critical illness. 2) subjects having SPo2 above 85 % or having continuous 02 supply less than 8 lit/min.. 3) Subjects not willing for trial. 4) Pregnant females and lactating mothers
