Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: vas >5 age >18 years clinical symptoms of piriformis syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with major spinal problems pelvic or git causes sacroiliac joint dysfunctions allergy to corticosteroids and anesthesia uncontrolled diabetes
