Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria will be the residents who have completed at least 1 year of residency in Department of Anesthesiology, Pain and Critical Care and have performed at least 20 successful oral intubations with the standard Macintosh laryngoscope under supervision.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The residents who have performed awake fiber optic guided oral intubation in the past will be excluded. Also, any resident who has assisted awake fiber optic guided oral intubation in the residency or anywhere else previously will be excluded.
