Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.AGE between 30 to 60 years. 2.Both male and female. 3.Clinically diagnosed with Type2DM. 4.Poor glycemic control by Metformin monotherapy with HbA1c > 7.5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 diabetes mellitus. 2.Patients already on treatment with two or more Oral Hypoglycemic Agents. 3.Pregnancy and Lactation. 4.History of Alcohol intake and smoking. 5.History of renal and hepatic disorders. 6.Allergy to Teneligliptin and Glimepiride.
