Intervention1: SDP Program (Safe Discharge Program): Safe Discharge Program will be started at the time of Admission when the newborn is admitted for the surgery, mother is started with SDP program.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mothers who are able to visit the newborn daily and are present at the time of Discharge. able to provide care to their surgical neonate at home. Able to understand Hindi or English.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: whose newborn expired before discharge. Unwilling to participate in the study
