Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with head neck cancer of oral cavity, larynx, hypopharynx, oropharynx. 2. Age > 60 years 3. Patient able to comprehend the test procedure & perform the test requirements 4. Willing to give written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable Angina or recent (within the last 3 months) myocardial infarction, Uncontrolled arrhythmias, persistent uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >180â??mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure >110â??mm Hg). 2. Recent (within the last 3 months) stroke or transient is chaemic attack. 3. Patient with severe visual impairment i.e Visual acuity of less than 3 / 60 with a full visual field with the help of corrective glasses. 4. Unable to mobilize independently (with /without walking aids)due to severe joint issues (eg osteoarthritis) or giddiness / generalized weakness/vertigo 5. Patients taking treatment outside TMH
