Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 / 2 Trauma hand scheduled for elective nerve repair surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not giving consent ASA grade 3/4 hypertensive, history of alcohol and drug abuse patients on psychotic medication patients receiving alpha-2 agonist / antagonist treatment absolute contraindication to study drug

â?¢ Secondary objective is to maintain the adequate depth of anesthesia with lower dose of propofol and inhalational anaesthetics in conjugation with dexmedetomidine and to assess the intraoperative hemodynamic such as (HR, SBP, DBP MAP) of the patient and any complications, if any.Timepoint: every 15 minutes—
