Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age equal to or more than 18 years. 2) Male or female 3) Stromal infiltrate size > 4 mm-- 1 mm on follow-up ) on Topical Natamycin and Ketoconazole with mid stromal involvement. 4) Microbiologically confirmed Aspergillus Flavus keratitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient has a history of allergy to any of drugs used. 2) The cornea or sclera has been perforated or perforation is impending. 3) One eyed patient 4) Pregnant patient
