Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Predictors of hypotension associated with change in position from supine to prone.Timepoint: In supine position just before turning the patient prone systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate, pulse pressure variation, peak inspiratory pressure, tidal volume will be recorded. Then patient will be turn to prone position and same parameters will be recorded at 1min,3min,5min, 10min,15 min intervals.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Incidence of hypotension associated with change in position from supine to prone.Timepoint: In supine position just before turning the patient prone systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate, pulse pressure variation, peak inspiratory pressure, tidal volume will be recorded. Then patient will be turn to prone position and same parameters will be recorded at 1min,3min,5min, 10min,15 min intervals.
