Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status grade I -III, Pateints scheduled to undergo elective gastrectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate, history of intolerance or showing anaphylactic reacton to study drugs, morbid obesity (BMI > 35kg/m2), previous upper abdominal surgeries, patients with hepatic, renal, cardiac and seizure disorders, who cannot understand or interpret Visual analogue scale for pain , who could not be extubated on table
