Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals participating to overhead sports for at least 20 minutes , 3 times per week, but do not train for competition, and involves in sports to be physically fit, socially involved, and mostly for fun Individuals with forward shoulder posturer (Forward shoulder angle less than or equal to 50.0 degree) or without forward shoulder posture ( more than 50.0 degree) Normal BMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • history of neck or shoulder pain in the past 2 weeks current upper extremity or neck injury Any neurological disorders like CP, myopathies or brain insults, radiculopathies Vestibular dysfunction h/o surgery in past 6 months
