Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Gravida with term gestation 2. Singleton pregnancy 3.ASA physical status 2 4.Uncomplicated pregnancy 5.Undergoing elective LSCS under spinal anesthesia 6.Normal fetal heart rate 7.Height > 150 cms to 8.Age group 18 -30 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal to the study. 2.Multiple gestation 3.Preterm gestation 4.ASA physical status 3 & above 5.Drug allergy 6.Contraindications to neuraxial analgesia 7.Caesarean case with fetal distress 8.Emergency Caesarean section 9.Patients with gestational hypertension
