Inclusion criteria: 1.Apparently healthy male and female volunteers 2.Age between 18 to 30 years. 3.Irrespective to caste,religion,and socio-economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Persons having any type of systemic disease. 2.Persons taking any type of medication. 3.Persons with tongue disease.
