Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients visiting the outpatient department of NABH accredited hospital including medicine and medical specialties and surgery and surgical specialties. Patients who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Departments like pediatrics, dental, and psychiatry are excluded from the study. Patients denying to give consent for participation.
