Intervention1: Non invasive haemoglobin measurement to assess the need for blood transfusion: The need for blood transfusion will be assessed by non invasive hemoglobin measurement in the study group

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I & II patients undergoing orthopaedic femur surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drugs, Pregnant and lactating women, History of bleeding disorders/ coagulation defects, BMI : >35 and Patient refusal
