Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient who are diagnosed with anorectal diseases and/or suffering from perineal wounds 2.Participants of either sex with all ages who will be able to follow study procedure as explained. 3.Participants who are willing to give voluntarily written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to PiloKit. 2.Other systemic conditions like diabetes, hypertention, GI diseases, psychological conditions etc.
