Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients undergoing elective and emergency LSCS sections

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases done under general anaesthesia

Incidence of intra-operative nausea and vomiting.Timepoint: 1 hour—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Duration of premedication to assess the association with IONV. 2. Episodes of intraoperative hypotension. 3. Time of nausea and vomiting. 4. Association with Intraoperative medications (Opiods and uterotonics) 5. Level of spinal analgesia 6. Cumulative evaluation of all causative factors. Timepoint: 1 hour—
