Inclusion criteria: 1.Two Wheeler Riders Treated in teaching hospital in Kerala following an accident 2.patients of 18 years or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not continue care in our hospital and are referred to another hospital after emergency care 2.patients unwilling to give consent 3.minor patients
