Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both new and previous treated cases will be included. 2. Patients who fulfill the diagnostic criteria. 3. Patients age between 15-60 years. 4. Subject willing to follow the procedures as per the study protocol and signing informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with any grevious systemic illness, Malignancy, Genetic disorder, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B or C, or HIV, Diaetis. 2. Patient having Parinamashoola or Annadravashoola, Cholelithiasis and Cholecystitis. 3. H/O haematemesis, malena, gastric surgery, CKD & CHD. 4. Patients below 15 years and above 60 years.. 5. Patients not willing to participate in the trial. 6. Pregnant and lactating females.
