Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ï?? Patients suffering from classical signs and symptoms of Sandhigata Vata as described in Ayurvedic classics as well as clinical feature of OA. ï?? Patients with radiological findings of Knee joint Osteoarthritis. ï?? Patients fit for Basti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ï?? Severe Bursitis. Complete loss of articular cartilage ï?? Rheumatoid arthritis ï?? Gouty arthritis ï?? Patients having other systemic disorders which might interfere in the present study. ï?? Pregnant women and lactating mother. ï?? Knee surgery (Metallic Implants), complete loss of joint space on X-ray ï?? Administration of chondroprotective drug intra articular injection into the knee joint or systemic corticosteroids medication during the 1-month preceding enrollment. ï?? Obesity at Grade equal or more than 2 congenital deformity, traumatic injuries, fractures, infections of bone and gross bone deformity.
