Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adolescent girls who will give consent to participate of the study 2.Adolescent girls with regular menstrual cycle. 3. Adolescent girls aged 18-21 years.late adolescents 4. Adolescent girls who are having dysmenorrhea during each menstrual Periods.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent girls who are following any other pharmacological drugs. 2. Adolescent girls who are married. 3.Adolescent girls with mild pain
