Intervention1: Epidural Morphine: Epidural catheter placement under all asepsis at l1-l2/ l2-l3

Give Inj Morphine 5 mg epidural at time T 0

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: : ICU patients having high tidal volume of >8ml/kg during current pressure support ventilation and continuing to have high tidal volume >8ml/kg during pressure support of 6cm H2O
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: : VAS score >4 , RASS >+2, Temperature >102degree F, HCO3 50mmHg,P/F ratio lactation, contraindications to lumbar epidural catheter.
