Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All psychiatry inpatients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known history of CKD , acute renal failure and diabetic nephropathy , decompensated liver cirrhosis , pregnant females , patients with established alcohol and/ or opioid dependence , history of IM injection < 24 hours , patients on anticoagulant therapy in the month prior to admission and those tested covid positive at the time of admission
